Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through Talk Sick Apparel ("we," "us," or "the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.
2. Products
All products sold are print-on-demand or made-to-order. Slight variation in print placement, color, and material finish is normal and not a defect. Product images are representative; actual items may vary.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are charged at the time of placement via our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. In the event of cancellation, any charge will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping
Production time is typically 2–7 business days, plus shipping transit time. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, site content, and trademarks are the property of Talk Sick Apparel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Store for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) interfere with the operation of the Store; or (d) upload, submit, or request designs that infringe any third party's rights.
8. Disclaimers
The Store is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk Sick Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Store or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
